This page summarizes the terms that govern use of Trusty. The full binding agreement is available on request.
Trusty provides identity verification infrastructure — document validation, video-selfie capture and face matching — delivered through an embeddable widget and signed webhooks.
Clients are responsible for lawful use in their jurisdiction, for user consent at the onboarding step, and for the accuracy of the metadata they pass through the service.
Verification evidence is retained for 90 days by default. Custom retention is available on business plans subject to a Data Processing Agreement.
The complete, binding Terms of Service, including SLA terms for enterprise plans, are available on request. Email [email protected] to request a copy.
